One specialized module in Nursing Management (Mental Health) addressing service leadership in psychiatric settings, crisis intervention systems, community mental health management, workforce strategy, patient-centered recovery models, and performance optimization within mental health organizations.
The program culminates in a thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to conduct in-depth investigations into real-world challenges in mental health nursing management and to generate meaningful, practice-oriented solutions.
With a minimum duration of 12 months and flexible study options, participants may extend their academic pathway in alignment with professional commitments. The program carries an academic workload equal to 60 ECTS, reflecting its advanced academic rigor and professional scope.
