The €299 LIC/LDC regional tuition rate is typically based on internationally recognized classifications such as the Low-Income Countries (LIC) and Least Developed Countries (LDC) lists defined by organizations like the World Bank and the United Nations. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for the €299/month subscription, the student must: 1. Be a citizen of an eligible country, and 2. Currently reside in that country, and 3. Provide valid proof of residence.  4. Provide valid utility bill Students who live in high-income countries (for example Switzerland, EU countries, GCC countries, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, etc.) are not eligible for this discounted subscription even if they hold citizenship from an eligible country. The institution reserves the right to verify residency status during the admission process. If it is determined that a student provided incorrect residency information, the university may: • Adjust the tuition to the standard subscription level, or • Suspend or cancel the enrollment. • All programs have a minimum study duration, depending on the academic level and program structure. • There is usually no maximum time limit for program completion. • The monthly subscription continues until program completion. • Students cannot downgrade their subscription level after enrollment. • Fees may vary depending on the institution responsible for delivering the program within the VBNN Smart Education Group network.

Each academic program has a minimum required study period depending on the academic level.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the following may occur: • Temporary suspension of platform access • Delay in academic support services • Suspension of exam eligibility Access is restored once payment is completed.

Students may cancel their subscription at any time, however: The fee for the following month remains payable after submitting the cancellation request. • Completed months are non-refundable • Academic progress remains recorded • Students may resume studies later by reactivating the subscription (if allowed by the institution)

Students must demonstrate reasonable academic progress. The institution reserves the right to review inactive enrollments where no academic activity occurs for an extended period.

Students may upgrade their monthly subscription level at any time in order to receive higher levels of academic support and services. However, the upgrade will apply retroactively to the entire duration of the student’s enrollment in the program. This means that if a student upgrades to a higher subscription level, the difference between the previously paid subscription level and the new subscription level will be calculated for all previous months of enrollment and must be paid before the upgraded services become active. This policy ensures fairness and prevents students from upgrading only at the final stage of their studies in order to receive services that were not included in their previous subscription level. The upgraded services will become active only after the additional fee difference has been settled.

Students may take examinations only when: • Required coursework is completed • All monthly fees are paid • Examination fees are paid

All programs include dedicated academic modules on research methods and thesis/project writing designed to prepare students for independent academic research. These modules provide guidance on: • Academic research methodology • Structure and development of a thesis/project • Academic writing standards • Citation and referencing systems • Literature review and research design These research modules are intended to equip students with the knowledge and tools necessary to conduct independent research and prepare their thesis/project. Students may therefore complete their thesis independently through self-directed research if they feel confident in their academic abilities. For students who prefer additional academic guidance, thesis/project supervision is available as an optional service through supervisor-level subscription plans (See Research Supervision Services). Students who choose to complete their thesis/project without supervision remain responsible for ensuring that their research meets the required academic standards and submission requirements. All theses are subject to academic evaluation and thesis/project defense procedures, regardless of whether supervision services were used.

Optional research supervision is available for all study levels, with fees ranging from €299 to €3,000 per month depending on the level and requirements. Supervision Types Research Supervision Services A research supervisor is a qualified expert in the specific field of the student’s thesis or project. They provide subject-matter guidance, support in research development, and feedback related to the content and direction of the research work. Academic Supervisor An academic supervisor is a qualified educational professional assigned to support the student throughout the study program. Their role focuses on academic structure, study progress, and general guidance, and they may not provide direct support on the specific content of the thesis or project.

The institution reserves the right to update subscription fees for new students. However: • Existing enrolled students normally retain their original subscription rate.

All submitted assignments, projects, and theses must comply with academic integrity policies. Plagiarism or academic misconduct may result in: • Examination cancellation and/or • Program termination and/or • etc...

Programs may be delivered by different institutions within the VBNN Smart Education Group network, and students are subject to the policies of the institution delivering the program.

If a student suspends or stops their monthly subscription and later wishes to resume their studies, a reactivation fee will apply. The reactivation fee is calculated as three months of the student’s current subscription level. This fee is required to restore: • Access to the learning platform • Academic services and support • Examination eligibility The reactivation fee must be paid before the student account and academic access are reactivated. Example • Student subscription: €499/month • Reactivation fee: €1,497 • Student subscription: €999/month • Reactivation fee: €2,997 Validity Period This reactivation option remains valid for a maximum of 365 days from the date of the last payment. Beyond this period, reactivation is subject to institutional approval and may require additional academic or administrative conditions.
