Two general modules strengthening advanced leadership, organizational strategy, healthcare governance, and institutional management skills.
One specialized module in Nursing Management (Children and Young People) addressing leadership of pediatric services, safeguarding and ethical considerations, resource allocation, risk management, service innovation, and performance improvement in child and adolescent healthcare environments.
The program culminates in a thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to conduct in-depth investigations into real-world challenges in managing healthcare services for children and young people and to contribute meaningful, research-driven solutions.
With a minimum duration of 12 months and flexible study options, participants may extend their academic pathway in line with professional commitments. The program carries an academic workload equal to 60 ECTS, reflecting its advanced academic scope and professional depth.
