This Master study program is designed for healthcare professionals and senior nursing practitioners who aim to advance their leadership and research expertise in adult nursing environments. Participants critically explore healthcare policy, clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement frameworks, workforce coordination, and leadership strategies specifically tailored to adult nursing services across hospitals, community health systems, and specialized care institutions.
The academic structure consists of five modules, carefully balanced to integrate research depth with managerial specialization:
Two research-focused modules that strengthen competencies in research methodology, data analysis, academic writing, and applied healthcare investigation.
Two general modules that develop advanced leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning skills within complex healthcare institutions.
One specialized module in Adult Nursing Management addressing key areas such as adult patient care systems, chronic disease management leadership, interdisciplinary coordination, resource allocation, risk management, and service optimization.
