This Master study program is an advanced, research-oriented academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates who seek to explore the dynamic intersection between digital technologies, healthcare systems, and human behavior in online environments. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second cycle of the European Higher Education Area, the program carries an academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS credits.

The Master in Digital Health and Cyberpsychology addresses the rapid transformation of healthcare delivery, mental health services, and human interaction in digital ecosystems. As telemedicine, artificial intelligence, wearable technologies, virtual care environments, and social media reshape the way individuals experience health and well-being, there is a growing need for research-driven expertise that understands both technological innovation and psychological impact.

This program is 100% research-based, enabling participants to develop strong analytical, methodological, and critical thinking skills. The academic structure consists of five modules, including:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, academic writing, and advanced data interpretation.

  • Two general modules that strengthen interdisciplinary competencies such as ethics, governance, policy frameworks, and innovation management in digital health environments.

  • One specialized module dedicated to Digital Health and Cyberpsychology, focusing on topics such as digital behavior patterns, online identity, cyberwellness, health informatics, e-mental health interventions, human–technology interaction, and the psychological dimensions of digital communication.

The program also includes thesis development and structured research activities that allow candidates to contribute original insights to the fields of digital healthcare transformation, cyberpsychology, digital addiction studies, online behavioral risk, and technology-enhanced mental health services.

With a minimum duration of 12 months, participants benefit from academic flexibility, allowing them to extend their study period according to professional and research commitments. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for working professionals, healthcare practitioners, psychologists, digital transformation specialists, policy advisors, and researchers aiming to deepen their expertise in emerging digital health ecosystems.

Graduates of this Master study program are prepared to engage in evidence-based practice, policy development, digital health innovation, behavioral analytics, and advanced research in both public and private sectors. The program equips learners with the ability to critically evaluate digital interventions, assess psychological impacts of technology, and design research-informed strategies that enhance digital well-being and healthcare resilience in a connected world.
