This Master study program is designed for professionals who aim to develop advanced expertise in the luxury sector with a strong focus on customer experience and service excellence. The program explores how luxury brands create exceptional value through personalized services, premium positioning, and high-end customer engagement. It emphasizes the importance of guest experience as a strategic driver in industries such as luxury hospitality, tourism, retail, and lifestyle services, where attention to detail and emotional connection define brand success.
This is a 100% research-based program, enabling participants to critically analyze luxury business models, consumer behavior, and service innovation while developing evidence-based strategies. The study level is equivalent to ISCED Level 7 and EQF Level 7. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) is a global framework used to classify education levels across countries, while the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) defines learning outcomes based on knowledge, skills, and competencies. Level 7 represents advanced, specialized knowledge and high-level strategic thinking typically associated with master-level education.
The program is structured into five modules: two research-focused modules that enhance academic and analytical competencies, two general modules that provide core management and business knowledge, and one specialized module dedicated to luxury management and guest experience. These are complemented by thesis and research activities, allowing participants to apply theoretical frameworks to real-world service and luxury industry challenges.
The duration of the program is a minimum of 12 months, with flexibility for participants to extend their study period according to their professional and personal commitments. The program carries 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), aligning it with the second cycle of higher education in Europe.
