This Master study program is designed for professionals who aim to harness advanced artificial intelligence—particularly agentic AI systems—to drive organizational transformation and innovation. The program focuses on how autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents can support decision-making, optimize workflows, and enable adaptive, intelligent business environments. It explores the application of agentic AI in strategy execution, operational efficiency, digital ecosystems, and the redesign of organizational structures in response to emerging technologies.
This is a 100% research-based program, enabling participants to critically analyze AI architectures, agent-based systems, and transformation frameworks while developing evidence-based strategies for implementation. The study level is equivalent to ISCED Level 7 and EQF Level 7. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) is a global framework used to classify education levels across countries, while the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) defines learning outcomes based on knowledge, skills, and competencies. Level 7 represents advanced, specialized knowledge and high-level strategic and analytical capabilities typically associated with master-level education.
The program is structured into five modules: two research-focused modules that strengthen academic and analytical competencies, two general modules that provide core management and leadership knowledge, and one specialized module dedicated to applied agentic AI for organizational transformation. These are complemented by thesis and research activities, allowing participants to apply theoretical frameworks to real-world transformation challenges driven by intelligent systems.
The duration of the program is a minimum of 12 months, with flexibility for participants to extend their study period according to their professional and personal commitments. The program carries 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), aligning it with the second cycle of higher education in Europe.
