This doctorate study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for advanced scholars, researchers, educators, and professionals seeking to generate original knowledge at the intersection of philosophy and psychological sciences. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 8 and aligned with the Third European Cycle, the program emphasizes intellectual independence, methodological sophistication, and high-level theoretical engagement with complex questions concerning mind, behavior, ethics, consciousness, and human identity.
With a minimum duration of 18 months and flexible extension options, the program is structured to accommodate experienced professionals and international researchers who wish to pursue rigorous doctoral-level inquiry while maintaining academic or professional commitments.
The academic structure consists of seven integrated modules:
Four advanced research modules focusing on research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, advanced statistical and analytical frameworks (where applicable), interdisciplinary research integration, and international academic publishing.
Two general doctoral-level modules strengthening expertise in philosophy of knowledge, research ethics, epistemology, academic leadership, and critical interdisciplinary dialogue.
One specialized module in Philosophy and Psychological Studies, exploring advanced themes such as philosophy of mind, cognitive science theory, moral psychology, phenomenology, identity and selfhood, human behavior analysis, and contemporary debates in psychology and ethics.
The program culminates in independent thesis and research activities that require candidates to produce an original scholarly contribution integrating philosophical reasoning with psychological analysis. Research may be theoretical, empirical, comparative, interdisciplinary, or conceptually innovative in addressing fundamental questions about human cognition, morality, perception, and social interaction.
This doctorate study program is designed to cultivate research leadership, advanced analytical competence, and the capacity to critically engage with complex intellectual traditions across both philosophy and psychology. It prepares graduates for senior academic roles, advanced research positions, policy advisory functions, and leadership within educational, social, or research institutions.
Participants develop high-level competencies in theoretical synthesis, research innovation, scholarly publication, and the integration of conceptual philosophy with scientific psychological inquiry—positioning them at the forefront of interdisciplinary scholarship.
