This bachelor study program is a professionally structured academic pathway designed to develop strong competencies in event planning, leisure industry operations, entertainment management, and strategic coordination of large-scale activities. The academic journey begins with a foundational module introducing students to online education systems and digital learning environments, ensuring readiness for flexible and technology-driven study. A dedicated module on the basics of Artificial Intelligence explores how AI tools are transforming event marketing, audience analytics, ticketing systems, demand forecasting, customer engagement, and operational automation in the leisure sector.
To strengthen analytical and academic capabilities, the curriculum includes an Introduction to Research Methods, enabling students to conduct market research, analyze audience behavior, evaluate event performance, and apply evidence-based decision-making in the events and leisure industry.
Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, marketing fundamentals, organizational behavior, customer service management, and business communication.
The specialization component consists of three focused modules in Events and Leisure Management, covering areas such as event lifecycle planning, logistics coordination, budgeting and financial control, sponsorship and partnership management, risk management, safety regulations, leisure facility management, and experience design. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, operational planning, digital promotion strategies, and international event trends.
The academic pathway concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students apply theoretical knowledge and management tools to design or evaluate a real event or leisure management strategy, demonstrating integration of planning, execution, and performance assessment.
The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.
