Two general modules related to the study field provide essential foundations in management principles, global economics, political systems, organizational behavior, and strategic communication in international contexts.
The specialization component consists of three focused modules in Diplomacy and International Relations, covering areas such as international law principles, diplomatic protocol and negotiation, global governance structures, foreign policy analysis, conflict resolution, international security, regional studies, and cross-cultural communication. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, simulation exercises, policy analysis, and strategic international engagement.
The academic pathway concludes with a Bachelor Project and structured research activities, where students analyze or design a diplomatic or international policy initiative, demonstrating integration of theoretical knowledge, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking.
The standard duration is 12+ months, with a defined minimum study period. However, the program offers flexibility, allowing students to extend their studies based on professional or personal commitments.
This executive-format bachelor study program is particularly suitable for aspiring diplomats, international business professionals, public sector employees, NGO staff, and individuals seeking structured academic advancement while continuing their careers. It emphasizes global awareness, negotiation skills, cultural intelligence, ethical leadership, geopolitical understanding, and research-driven international decision-making.
