By 2012, the experience gained through years of academic collaboration, professional training initiatives, and the early exploration of digital learning technologies led to a decisive phase of institutional development. During this period, efforts were focused on organizing the educational activities within a more structured academic framework.
Educational programs that had previously been delivered primarily through workshops and professional training initiatives were gradually redesigned to support more formal academic learning pathways. This included the development of structured curricula, clearer program frameworks, and improved academic coordination between educators and collaborators involved in the initiative.
At the same time, significant attention was devoted to preparing the technological and organizational infrastructure required to support digital education. Learning materials were refined for online delivery, and digital communication tools were tested to ensure that educational content could be delivered effectively to participants located in different countries.
This stage represented an important transformation from experimental digital learning activities toward a more formalized virtual education model. The work carried out during this period created the academic and technological foundations that would enable the launch of the institution’s first fully virtual study programs in 2013.
The preparations completed in 2012 marked the final step before entering a new phase of educational development focused on accessible, internationally oriented virtual learning.
