QRNW is a European non-profit association dedicated to evaluating transnational higher education institutions based on their international presence, multi-country academic structure, and global delivery models.

The ranking is developed in alignment with internationally recognized quality assurance and ranking principles, within a broader framework connected to globally recognized organizations such as CHEA (USA), INQAAHE, and IREG. CHEA (Council for Higher Education Accreditation) is a leading U.S.-based body that promotes quality assurance and maintains international directories of recognized accreditation organizations. INQAAHE (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education) is a global network of quality assurance bodies working to advance standards and best practices in higher education. IREG (International Ranking Expert Group) focuses specifically on establishing guidelines and good practices for academic rankings worldwide.
