Russian Register is connected with IQNet International Certification Network (global certification alliance), ANAB (U.S. National Accreditation Board), INQAAHE (global higher education quality network), APQN (Asia-Pacific Quality Network), ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), IRIS Group (international railway standard), and RvA (Dutch Accreditation Council, IAF member).

Swiss International University is proud to have its educational services formally recognized through an official agreement with the Certification Association “Russian Register”, one of the largest internationally accredited certification and expert organizations originating from the Russian Federation.

Russian Register operates under accreditation by the Federal Accreditation Service and has developed a strong international footprint across multiple sectors, including quality management systems, environmental standards, information security, aerospace, forestry, and educational quality assurance.

Since becoming a member of the IQNet International Certification Network in 2003, Russian Register has maintained international recognition within the global certification ecosystem. Its accreditation by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA), an International Accreditation Forum (IAF) member, marked a significant milestone in expanding its global recognition framework.

Over the years, Russian Register has secured international accreditations and authorizations across multiple globally recognized systems, including:

  • ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems)

  • ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT Service Management Systems)

  • ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems)

  • AS 9100 (Aerospace Quality Standard)

  • FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certifications

  • IRIS International Railway Industry Standard

In 2012 and subsequent years, Russian Register received accreditation from the US National Accreditation Board (ANAB), reinforcing its presence within internationally recognized accreditation structures.

Additionally, Russian Register became:

  • A full member of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE)

  • A full member of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN)

  • An affiliated member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA)

Through its authorization by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for education quality assessment and public accreditation of educational organizations, Russian Register has extended its expertise into the academic and higher education sector.
