This Master study program equips participants with the ability to critically analyze visual systems, design strategic communication frameworks, and conduct independent research that integrates theory, creativity, and technological innovation.

The academic structure consists of five modules, carefully designed to balance research excellence with field specialization:

  • Two research-related modules focusing on research methodology, academic writing, visual analysis frameworks, and qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Two general modules addressing communication theory, digital transformation, innovation strategy, and global media environments

  • One specialized module dedicated to visual communication systems, digital design strategies, branding, visual identity development, and multimedia storytelling

In addition, participants complete a substantial thesis and engage in structured research activities demonstrating their ability to contribute original insights to the evolving field of visual communications.

The duration of the program is minimum 12 months, with flexibility for extension according to research development and professional commitments. The program is academically equivalent to 60 ECTS credits, ensuring alignment with European higher education standards.

Graduates of this Master study program will be prepared for leadership roles in media organizations, branding agencies, digital communication firms, corporate communication departments, creative industries, or for progression toward doctoral-level research. The program emphasizes critical thinking, innovation, research competence, and strategic visual impact within global communication environments.
