This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates who seek to lead transformation at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and digital technology. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second Cycle of the European Higher Education Area, the program carries an academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS credits.

The Master in Sustainable Finance and Digital Innovation equips participants with advanced analytical and research competencies to address the rapidly evolving global financial landscape. It explores how sustainable finance principles, ESG frameworks, green investment strategies, fintech innovation, blockchain applications, digital assets, AI-driven financial systems, and regulatory transformation are reshaping modern economies.

The academic structure consists of five modules, carefully designed to combine methodological depth with strategic specialization:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, financial data analytics, academic writing, and evidence-based decision-making.

  • Two general modules strengthening strategic management, financial governance, digital transformation leadership, regulatory analysis, and innovation management.

  • One specialized module in Sustainable Finance and Digital Innovation, focusing on sustainable investment models, ESG integration, green bonds, impact finance, fintech ecosystems, blockchain for transparency, digital financial infrastructure, and responsible digital transformation.

The program culminates in a substantial research project supported by structured research activities, enabling students to generate original insights that contribute to sustainable financial systems and innovative digital economic models.

With a minimum duration of 12 months, the program offers flexibility, allowing participants to extend their study period when necessary to balance academic progression with professional responsibilities.
