The program integrates sport science, leadership theory, performance analytics, governance of sport organizations, athlete development models, and strategic sport business management. Thesis and Research Activities Participants conduct an independent research project contributing to athlete performance enhancement, sport organizational strategy, coaching innovation models, sport technology integration, or sustainable sport development systems.
