This Master study program is a 100% research-based postgraduate program designed for sport professionals, coaches, managers, performance analysts, and researchers who aim to develop advanced expertise in sport management, coaching science, and performance leadership within competitive and organizational environments.
The program integrates sport science, leadership theory, performance analytics, governance of sport organizations, athlete development models, and strategic sport business management. It prepares participants to design, evaluate, and optimize sport systems, coaching frameworks, and organizational strategies that enhance athlete performance, institutional sustainability, and global sport development.

Program Structure
The program consists of five academic modules, in addition to thesis and structured research activities:
2 Research-Focused Modules Covering advanced research methodology, sport performance analytics, qualitative and quantitative research design, academic writing, and evidence-based coaching research.
2 General Academic Modules Addressing sport governance, leadership and ethics, strategic management, sport marketing, financial management in sport organizations, and global sport policy frameworks.
1 Specialized Sport Management and Coaching Module Focused on coaching methodologies, athlete performance optimization, sport psychology fundamentals, talent development systems, team dynamics, and performance evaluation models.
Thesis and Research Activities Participants conduct an independent research project contributing to athlete performance enhancement, sport organizational strategy, coaching innovation models, sport technology integration, or sustainable sport development systems.
