This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals seeking advanced expertise in executive secretarial management, administrative leadership, and hospitality excellence. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program integrates strategic administrative competencies with high-level hospitality management and service innovation.

The Master in Secretary and Hospitality explores the evolving role of executive secretaries and hospitality professionals within modern organizations, international institutions, corporate environments, and luxury service sectors. It emphasizes leadership in office management, protocol and etiquette, organizational communication, customer experience strategy, corporate representation, and service quality management. The program also examines the transformation of administrative and hospitality functions through digitalization, global business standards, and cross-cultural communication.

Structured into five modules, the program ensures both academic depth and research competence:

  • Two research-focused modules covering advanced research methodologies, academic writing, and applied organizational research.

  • Two general academic modules strengthening leadership, strategic management, and professional communication skills.

  • One specialized module dedicated specifically to secretaryship and hospitality management, including executive support systems, event coordination, protocol management, and service excellence frameworks.

The program culminates in a thesis and structured research activities that allow participants to conduct independent research addressing real-world challenges in executive administration and hospitality operations.

With a minimum duration of 12+ months, the program offers flexibility for professionals who may extend their study period according to their career commitments. The workload is equivalent to 60 ECTS, ensuring compatibility with European higher education standards.

This Master study program is particularly suited for executive assistants, administrative managers, hospitality supervisors, office directors, event coordinators, and professionals aiming to advance into strategic leadership roles within corporate, governmental, or international hospitality environments.
