Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second Cycle of the European Higher Education Area, the program emphasizes analytical depth, strategic leadership, and evidence-based decision-making in the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector.

With an academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS, the program can be completed within a minimum of 12 months, while offering flexibility for participants who wish to extend their study duration according to professional and personal commitments. This flexible structure makes it suitable for engineers, energy consultants, project managers, sustainability officers, policymakers, and entrepreneurs seeking to combine research excellence with strategic energy management expertise.

The curriculum consists of five core modules, structured to ensure both methodological rigor and sector-specific specialization:

  • Two research-focused modules, concentrating on advanced research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, energy data analysis, policy evaluation techniques, and academic writing.

  • Two general academic modules, strengthening strategic management, governance, innovation leadership, environmental economics, and global sustainability frameworks.

  • One specialized module in Renewable Energy Management, addressing renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, hydro, biomass), energy transition strategies, carbon management, smart grids, energy finance, regulatory frameworks, and sustainable infrastructure planning.

The program culminates in comprehensive thesis and research activities, enabling participants to develop original research that contributes to solving real-world challenges in clean energy deployment, climate strategy, and sustainable resource management.

The Master in Renewable Energy Management prepares graduates to operate in leadership, consultancy, investment, and policy roles across energy companies, sustainability agencies, environmental organizations, infrastructure developers, and international institutions driving the global energy transition.
