The Master study program in Real Estate and Property Management is designed for learners who want to develop advanced knowledge in real estate markets, property operations, investment thinking, valuation principles, asset management, and strategic decision-making in the built environment. The program is suitable for students and professionals who want to understand how real estate functions as both an economic sector and a management field.

This Master study program is 100% research-based, allowing learners to focus on academic research, independent analysis, applied knowledge, and structured study activities. Through this approach, students can explore real estate and property management from practical, financial, legal, managerial, and strategic perspectives.

The study level is equal to ISCED / EQF Level 7. ISCED means the International Standard Classification of Education, a global framework used to compare education levels internationally. EQF means the European Qualifications Framework, which helps describe learning levels across Europe. Level 7 is commonly associated with advanced Master-level learning, analytical thinking, specialized knowledge, and research-based academic development.

The program is equal to 60 ECTS and corresponds to the 2nd European cycle. It includes 5 modules in total: 2 research-related modules, 2 general modules, and 1 module focused on Real Estate and Property Management, followed by a thesis and research activities.

The minimum duration of the program is 12+ months. Students are expected to complete the study program within the minimum period when possible, while still having flexibility to extend their studies according to their academic progress, research pace, and personal schedule.

By completing this Master study program, learners can strengthen their understanding of real estate as a professional and academic field, including property markets, investment analysis, real estate development, property administration, asset performance, and long-term value creation. The program supports students who aim to build stronger research skills and apply advanced knowledge to real-world real estate and property management contexts.
