100% Research-Based | EQF Level 7 | 60 ECTS | Second European Cycle
The Master in Public Health and Healthcare Administration is an advanced postgraduate program designed to prepare professionals for strategic leadership roles in public health systems, healthcare institutions, and global health organizations. Fully research-based and academically aligned with EQF Level 7, the program is equivalent to the Second Cycle of European Higher Education and awards 60 ECTS credits.
This program develops advanced competencies in public health policy, healthcare systems management, epidemiology governance, health economics, healthcare quality improvement, and strategic health planning. Through a strong research orientation, students critically analyze population health trends, healthcare delivery models, regulatory frameworks, health data systems, and global public health challenges. The academic framework ensures that graduates can design evidence-based policies and implement sustainable healthcare strategies that improve community well-being and institutional performance.
The academic structure consists of five core modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, health data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research techniques, and academic writing.
Two general management modules covering strategic leadership, corporate governance, and global organizational environments.
One specialization module focused specifically on public health systems, healthcare administration, policy implementation, health service management, and population health strategies.
The program culminates in a master’s thesis and structured research activities, enabling students to conduct independent research on contemporary topics such as health system reform, disease prevention strategies, healthcare quality management, digital health transformation, global health governance, or public health policy innovation. The final research project demonstrates analytical rigor, strategic insight, and professional-level healthcare leadership competence.
The minimum duration is 12 months, with flexibility to extend the study period according to professional commitments. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for healthcare administrators, public health professionals, policy advisors, hospital managers, and health consultants seeking advanced academic qualifications while continuing their careers.
Graduates are prepared for senior roles in public health agencies, healthcare institutions, international health organizations, policy development bodies, and global health initiatives.
