This Master study program is an advanced, research-driven academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates who aim to develop strategic and analytical expertise in planning, executing, and leading complex projects across diverse industries. The Master in Project Management is structured as a 100% research-based program, focusing on evidence-based decision-making, structured methodologies, and the development of innovative project frameworks in dynamic organizational environments. It prepares participants to critically analyze project lifecycles, manage risks, optimize resources, and ensure sustainable project outcomes in both local and international contexts.
The academic structure consists of five modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, data analysis, and academic writing competencies relevant to project environments.
Two general modules that strengthen strategic management understanding, leadership capabilities, and organizational governance perspectives.
One specialized module in Project Management, addressing project planning and control, agile and traditional methodologies, risk and quality management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, digital project tools, and performance evaluation.
The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to conduct independent research on contemporary project management challenges such as digital transformation projects, sustainability integration, large-scale infrastructure governance, innovation project leadership, and global project coordination.
