This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates seeking advanced knowledge and analytical expertise in the fields of mental health, psychological wellbeing, and holistic wellness systems. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program emphasizes scientific inquiry, evidence-based practice, and applied research in mental health and wellness strategies.

With a total academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS, the program is structured over a minimum duration of +12 months, while offering flexibility for learners who may extend their study period to deepen their research and professional engagement.

The academic structure consists of five modules, carefully developed to integrate research competence with field-specific specialization:

  • Two research-related modules focusing on advanced research methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis, mental health data interpretation, and the development of evidence-based interventions.

  • Two general modules addressing public health frameworks, ethical considerations, leadership in healthcare environments, and strategic wellness program development.

  • One specialized module dedicated to Mental Health and Wellness, covering psychological wellbeing models, stress management, resilience development, community mental health strategies, preventive approaches, and integrative wellness systems.

The program culminates in comprehensive thesis and research activities, enabling participants to produce original research that contributes to improved mental health policies, wellness interventions, and sustainable health promotion strategies.

This Master study program is ideal for healthcare professionals, psychologists, social workers, wellness consultants, human resource specialists, educators, and policy advisors aiming to enhance mental wellbeing at individual, organizational, and community levels.
