This Master study program is designed for ambitious professionals seeking advanced expertise in the strategic marketing and executive management of luxury brands. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second cycle of the European Higher Education Area, the program is academically equivalent to 60 ECTS credits and is delivered in a fully research-based format.

Luxury brands operate in highly competitive global markets where exclusivity, heritage, innovation, and brand storytelling define long-term success. From haute couture and premium cosmetics to luxury automotive, jewelry, hospitality, and lifestyle products, the management of luxury brands requires deep understanding of consumer psychology, strategic positioning, value creation, and global brand governance. This Master study program responds to these demands by integrating rigorous research with advanced marketing and management principles tailored specifically to luxury environments.

The structure of the program includes five carefully designed modules:

  • Two research-focused modules developing advanced research methodologies, critical analysis, academic writing, and data-driven strategic evaluation relevant to luxury markets.

  • Two general management modules strengthening leadership, strategic management, financial decision-making, innovation systems, and global business perspectives.

  • One specialized module dedicated to marketing and management for luxury brands, addressing luxury brand architecture, premium pricing strategies, experiential marketing, digital transformation, global expansion strategies, and sustainability in high-end markets.

The program concludes with a thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to apply theoretical frameworks and produce meaningful insights within the luxury brand sector.

Delivered in a 100% research-based format, the program emphasizes analytical depth, strategic thinking, and evidence-based decision-making. Participants explore contemporary themes such as luxury consumer behavior, brand equity development, digital luxury ecosystems, omnichannel strategies, ESG integration in premium markets, and global brand competitiveness.

With a duration of +12 months, the program offers flexibility for working professionals. While a minimum study period applies, participants may extend their studies to accommodate professional commitments or expand their research focus.

Graduates of this Master study program are prepared for strategic roles in luxury fashion houses, premium cosmetic brands, luxury automotive firms, jewelry and watch brands, lifestyle conglomerates, and high-end retail groups. The research-oriented approach also supports progression toward advanced professional and academic pathways.
