The Master in Luxury Hospitality and Brand Management is an advanced postgraduate program designed to prepare professionals for leadership roles in the global luxury hospitality, premium services, and high-end brand sectors. Fully research-based and academically aligned with EQF Level 7, the program is equivalent to the Second Cycle of European Higher Education and carries 60 ECTS credits.

This program develops advanced competencies in luxury service strategy, brand positioning, customer experience design, premium market analytics, and global brand governance. Through a strong research orientation, students critically examine luxury consumer behavior, brand value creation, service innovation, and strategic differentiation in competitive international markets. The academic focus ensures that graduates can design evidence-based brand strategies and deliver exceptional service models aligned with luxury standards.

The academic structure consists of five core modules:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, luxury market analysis, qualitative and quantitative brand research, and academic writing.

  • Two general management modules covering strategic leadership, corporate governance, and global business environments.

  • One specialization module focused specifically on luxury hospitality operations, brand management strategies, premium customer engagement, and experiential marketing.


The program culminates in a master’s thesis and structured research activities, enabling students to conduct independent research on contemporary topics such as luxury brand sustainability, digital transformation in high-end hospitality, global luxury consumer trends, brand equity measurement, or innovation in premium service design. The final research project demonstrates analytical depth, strategic vision, and professional-level brand expertise.

The minimum duration is 12 months, with flexibility to extend the study period according to professional needs. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for professionals in luxury hospitality, premium retail, and brand management seeking advanced academic qualifications while continuing their careers.

Graduates are prepared for senior roles in luxury hotel management, premium brand strategy, high-end customer experience design, global brand development, luxury event management, and international luxury enterprises.
