The Master in Leadership and Change Management is an advanced postgraduate program designed to prepare professionals to lead organizations through transformation, innovation, and strategic development. Fully research-based and academically aligned with EQF Level 7, the program is equivalent to the Second Cycle of European Higher Education and carries 60 ECTS credits.
This program focuses on developing high-level leadership competencies, strategic decision-making skills, and the ability to manage organizational change in complex and global environments. Through a strong research orientation, students critically examine leadership theories, organizational behavior, cultural transformation, and change management frameworks, applying academic rigor to real-world challenges.
The academic structure consists of five core modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, organizational analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, and academic writing.
Two general management modules covering strategic management, corporate governance, and global business environments.
One specialization module focused specifically on leadership development, organizational transformation, and change management strategies.
The program culminates in a master’s thesis and structured research activities, enabling students to conduct independent research on contemporary topics such as digital transformation leadership, crisis management, organizational culture change, innovation leadership, or strategic restructuring. The final research project demonstrates analytical depth, strategic insight, and professional-level leadership competence.
The minimum duration is 12 months, with flexibility for students to extend their study period when necessary. This structure makes the program suitable for working professionals seeking to enhance their leadership qualifications without interrupting their careers.
Graduates are prepared for senior roles in executive leadership, organizational development, strategic consulting, transformation management, human capital leadership, and corporate governance across international industries.
