This Master study program is an advanced academic pathway designed for graduates and professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in language, multilingual communication, and intercultural studies, with a strong focus on English and German. It is a 100% research-based program that emphasizes analytical thinking, academic writing, and independent scholarly development in international linguistic environments.

Academically positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program carries a workload equal to 60 ECTS. It is structured in accordance with European higher education standards while offering flexibility suitable for working professionals and international learners.

The academic structure consists of five modules:

Two research-focused modules that develop advanced competencies in research methodology, academic writing, and data analysis.
Two general modules aimed at strengthening critical thinking, theoretical foundations, and interdisciplinary perspectives.
One specialized module in Language Studies with English and German, focusing on advanced linguistics, comparative language analysis, discourse studies, sociolinguistics, translation studies, and intercultural communication between English- and German-speaking contexts.

In addition to the module framework, the program includes a thesis and structured research activities, allowing participants to conduct independent research in areas such as applied linguistics, bilingual communication, language policy, literary and cultural studies, translation theory, or multilingual education.
