This Master study program is an advanced academic pathway designed for graduates and professionals who seek to deepen their expertise in multilingual communication, linguistic analysis, and intercultural studies, with a strong focus on English and Arabic. It is a 100% research-based program that emphasizes analytical thinking, academic writing, and independent scholarly development in diverse international and cross-cultural contexts.
Academically positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program carries a workload equal to 60 ECTS. It follows European higher education standards while offering flexibility suitable for working professionals and international learners.
The academic structure consists of five modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, qualitative and quantitative approaches, and academic writing skills.
Two general modules aimed at strengthening theoretical foundations, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary perspectives.
One specialized module in Language Studies with English and Arabic, focusing on advanced linguistics, comparative grammar, sociolinguistics, translation theory, discourse analysis, and intercultural communication between English- and Arabic-speaking environments.
In addition to the module framework, the program includes a thesis and structured research activities that allow participants to conduct independent research in areas such as applied linguistics, bilingual education, language policy, translation studies, literary and cultural analysis, or multilingual communication in global settings.
The minimum duration of the program is 12 months, with flexibility for participants to extend their study period according to the scope of their research and professional commitments.
