This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for educators, academic professionals, and educational leaders committed to advancing inclusive practices and supporting learners with diverse needs. Positioned at a level equivalent to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program emphasizes evidence-based research, critical reflection, and the development of inclusive educational frameworks across learning environments.

With a minimum duration of 12 months and flexible study extension options, the program carries an equivalency of 60 ECTS, ensuring structured academic progression and international comparability. The curriculum consists of five modules, including two research-focused modules, two general academic modules, and one specialized module dedicated to Inclusion and Special Educational Needs, followed by thesis and structured research activities.

The research modules develop advanced competencies in qualitative and quantitative educational research, policy analysis, intervention design, inclusive assessment methods, and academic writing. Participants explore contemporary debates in inclusive education, differentiated instruction strategies, universal design for learning (UDL), and data-informed decision-making in special education contexts.

The specialized module focuses on inclusive pedagogy, individualized education planning, learning support systems, disability studies perspectives, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and ethical frameworks in inclusive practice. Emphasis is placed on creating equitable learning environments that respect diversity and promote full participation for all learners.

The general modules reinforce academic integrity, leadership in education, critical analysis, and scholarly communication skills, preparing participants to contribute to educational institutions, policy development, research centers, and inclusive education initiatives at national and international levels.

This Master study program is designed for professionals seeking to strengthen inclusive education systems, develop innovative support models, and lead research-driven improvements in special educational needs and inclusive learning environments.
