The academic structure consists of five modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodologies, academic writing, and analytical frameworks.
Two general modules addressing leadership, organizational strategy, and global management perspectives.
One specialized ICT Management module focusing on digital governance, IT project oversight, enterprise architecture, risk management, innovation ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities that contribute to the field of ICT Management and digital strategy.
With a workload equivalent to 60 ECTS and a minimum duration of 12 months, participants benefit from flexible study progression, allowing them to extend their studies where needed while maintaining academic rigor.
