Faculty of Human Capital and Organizational Studies

100% Research-Based | EQF Level 7 | 60 ECTS | Second European Cycle

The Master in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology, offered by the Faculty of Human Capital and Organizational Studies, is an advanced postgraduate program designed to develop strategic leaders in human capital management, workplace psychology, and organizational development. Fully research-based and academically aligned with EQF Level 7, the program is equivalent to the Second Cycle of European Higher Education and awards 60 ECTS credits.

This program integrates advanced human resource management practices with applied organizational psychology, enabling professionals to understand employee behavior, leadership dynamics, talent development, organizational culture, and performance optimization. With a strong research orientation, students critically analyze workforce trends, employee engagement strategies, psychological assessment tools, change management processes, and evidence-based HR decision-making models.

The academic structure consists of five core modules:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis, organizational diagnostics, and academic writing.

  • Two general management modules covering strategic leadership, corporate governance, and global business environments.

  • One specialization module focused specifically on human resource strategy, organizational psychology, talent management, performance systems, employee well-being, and leadership development.

The program culminates in a master’s thesis and structured research activities, enabling students to conduct independent research on contemporary topics such as organizational culture transformation, employee motivation and retention, leadership psychology, workforce analytics, diversity management, or sustainable human capital development. The final research project demonstrates analytical depth, psychological insight, and strategic HR expertise.

The minimum duration is 12 months, with flexibility to extend the study period according to professional commitments. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for HR managers, organizational consultants, leadership coaches, and human capital professionals seeking advanced academic credentials while continuing their careers.

Graduates are prepared for senior roles in human resource leadership, organizational development consulting, talent strategy, employee engagement management, corporate training, and global workforce planning.
