1 Specialized Hotel & Restaurant Management Module Focused on hotel operations management, restaurant systems optimization, revenue management, guest experience design, food and beverage strategy, quality assurance systems, and digital hospitality platforms.
Thesis and Research Activities Participants conduct an independent research project contributing to hospitality innovation, service quality enhancement, sustainable tourism models, digital transformation in hotels and restaurants, or global hospitality competitiveness strategies.
