This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates seeking advanced expertise in hospitality leadership, service excellence, tourism strategy, and global hotel operations. Positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program emphasizes strategic management, innovation in guest experience, and independent academic research within the dynamic international hospitality sector.

With a workload equivalent to 60 ECTS and a duration of +12 months (minimum duration with flexible extension options), the program provides a structured yet flexible framework that enables participants to combine academic advancement with professional engagement in the hospitality and tourism industry.

The curriculum consists of five modules, including:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, hospitality data analysis, and academic writing at postgraduate level.

  • Two general modules addressing global business environments, service management, organizational leadership, financial management in hospitality, and sustainable development strategies.

  • One specialized module in Hospitality Management, covering hotel and resort operations, luxury service management, event and tourism management, revenue management, digital transformation in hospitality, customer experience innovation, and international service standards.

  • Thesis and research activities forming the core academic component, enabling participants to conduct independent, in-depth research on contemporary challenges and innovations in hospitality management.

This Master study program is ideal for hospitality executives, hotel managers, tourism professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs, and policymakers seeking to enhance their strategic decision-making capabilities and research competence. It develops the ability to critically analyze service systems, design sustainable hospitality strategies, and lead organizations in competitive global markets.
