This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates seeking advanced expertise in hospitality leadership, service excellence, tourism strategy, and global hotel operations. Positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program emphasizes strategic management, innovation in guest experience, and independent academic research within the dynamic international hospitality sector.

The curriculum consists of five modules, including:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, hospitality data analysis, and academic writing at postgraduate level.

One specialized module in Hospitality Management, covering hotel and resort operations, luxury service management, event and tourism management, revenue management, digital transformation in hospitality, customer experience innovation, and international service standards.
