This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, biomedical specialists, and technology managers who seek to integrate advanced medical technologies with strategic healthcare management. Positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program carries an academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS.

The Master in Hospital Technology and Management with a Focus on Telemedicine Systems bridges healthcare innovation, digital infrastructure, and evidence-based management. The program equips participants with advanced analytical and research skills to design, evaluate, and optimize hospital technologies, digital health platforms, telemedicine systems, and smart healthcare environments. Emphasis is placed on healthcare informatics, medical technology integration, patient-centered digital services, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation in modern healthcare institutions.

The academic structure consists of five modules, including:

  • Two research-oriented modules dedicated to advanced research methodologies, healthcare data analysis, systems evaluation, academic writing, and critical assessment of medical technology implementation.

  • Two general academic modules focusing on strategic leadership, healthcare governance, innovation management, hospital administration systems, and organizational performance in health institutions.

  • One specialized module in Hospital Technology and Telemedicine Systems, concentrating on telemedicine infrastructure, remote patient monitoring, digital diagnostics, health information systems, cybersecurity in healthcare, interoperability standards, smart hospital design, and emerging digital health technologies.

The program concludes with a thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to produce original research contributions addressing contemporary challenges in hospital technology management and telemedicine innovation.

With a minimum duration of 12 months, the program offers structured academic progression combined with flexibility, allowing students to extend their study period in accordance with research development and professional commitments.
