2 General Academic Modules Addressing global project governance, sustainability in engineering, financial and operational management, contract management, regulatory frameworks, and leadership strategy.
1 Specialized Engineering Project Management Module Focused on project lifecycle management, risk analysis, cost and time optimization, stakeholder coordination, infrastructure systems, quality assurance, and innovation in engineering delivery models.
Thesis and Research Activities Participants conduct an independent research project contributing to engineering project performance, strategic planning models, digital transformation in project environments, or sustainable engineering systems.
