This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for educators, school leaders, academic coordinators, and professionals seeking advanced expertise in educational leadership and institutional management. Aligned with EQF Level 7 and equivalent to the second European cycle, the program carries an academic workload equal to 60 ECTS credits.

The Master in Educational Administration focuses on developing analytical, strategic, and research-driven competencies required to lead educational institutions in dynamic and multicultural environments. Participants engage in critical examination of governance models, policy development, quality assurance systems, organizational behavior in education, and innovation in learning institutions.

The curriculum is structured into five integrated modules:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative analysis in education, academic writing, and research design.

  • Two general academic modules addressing leadership theory, strategic management, educational ethics, institutional development, and quality management frameworks.

  • One specialized module in Educational Administration concentrating on contemporary topics such as educational policy implementation, institutional governance, curriculum leadership, accreditation standards, and performance evaluation systems.

The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities, enabling participants to produce original scholarly work that contributes to educational policy, institutional effectiveness, and academic leadership practices.

The minimum duration of the program is 12 months. However, flexibility is provided for candidates who may wish to extend their study period to accommodate professional responsibilities. This structure makes the program particularly suitable for working professionals seeking academic advancement while maintaining leadership roles within schools, universities, and training institutions.

Graduates of this Master study program are prepared for senior roles in school administration, higher education management, educational consultancy, policy advisory positions, and institutional quality assurance departments, as well as for progression toward doctoral-level research.
