This Master study program is an advanced, research-driven academic pathway designed for professionals and emerging scholars who aim to lead digital transformation through innovation, analytical thinking, and evidence-based research. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program provides a rigorous framework for developing high-level research competencies in the field of digital innovation.

In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, organizations must continuously adapt to emerging digital ecosystems, artificial intelligence applications, data-driven strategies, platform economies, and disruptive business models. This 100% research-based program equips participants with the theoretical foundations and methodological expertise necessary to critically analyze digital transformation processes, evaluate innovation strategies, and generate original insights that contribute to academic and industry advancement.

The program consists of five modules:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to research design, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, data analytics, innovation metrics, and academic writing.

  • Two general modules that strengthen strategic management, digital governance, organizational transformation, and global innovation policy perspectives.

  • One specialized module in Digital Innovation and Research, addressing digital ecosystems, emerging technologies, innovation frameworks, technology adoption models, digital entrepreneurship, and sustainable digital growth strategies.

The program culminates in a thesis and comprehensive research activities aimed at producing an original contribution to the field of digital innovation and research.

With a duration of +12 months (minimum duration), participants benefit from academic flexibility, allowing them to extend their studies when needed. The academic workload is equivalent to 60 ECTS, ensuring alignment with European higher education standards.
