This Master study program is a research-driven academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates seeking advanced expertise in cyber governance, information security management, digital risk assessment, and strategic cyber defense. Positioned at a level equivalent to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the second European cycle, the program carries an academic workload equivalent to 60 ECTS and emphasizes analytical depth, critical thinking, and applied research in cybersecurity administration.

Fully 100% research-based, the program prepares participants to understand, design, and manage secure digital infrastructures within governmental, corporate, and international environments. It addresses the growing global demand for cybersecurity leaders capable of integrating technical security knowledge with administrative, regulatory, and strategic decision-making frameworks.

The academic structure consists of five modules, including:

  • Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, cybersecurity analytics, risk modeling, data governance research, and academic writing standards.

  • Two general modules that strengthen knowledge in strategic management, digital governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership in technology-driven environments.

  • One specialized module in Cyber Security Administration, focusing on cyber risk management, information assurance frameworks, network security governance, incident response planning, data protection regulations, cyber resilience strategies, and security policy development.

The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities that enable candidates to investigate contemporary cybersecurity challenges such as critical infrastructure protection, cybercrime prevention strategies, AI-driven threat detection, cloud security governance, or international cyber regulatory frameworks.

With a minimum duration of 12 months, participants benefit from academic flexibility, allowing extensions where necessary to accommodate research development and professional commitments. The program is particularly suitable for IT managers, cybersecurity analysts, digital risk officers, compliance professionals, information security consultants, and technology leaders aiming to operate at strategic and policy-making levels.
