This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for aspiring authors, literary scholars, scriptwriters, and creative professionals seeking to deepen their mastery of written expression through advanced research and critical inquiry. Positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program combines artistic creativity with rigorous academic methodology.
With a total academic workload equal to 60 ECTS and a minimum duration of +12 months, participants benefit from a structured yet flexible study format, allowing extension according to professional and personal commitments. The program encourages intellectual independence, narrative innovation, and analytical reflection within contemporary and classical literary contexts.
The curriculum consists of five modules, including:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodologies, literary theory, critical analysis, academic writing, and practice-based research in creative disciplines.
Two general modules strengthening competencies in cultural studies, communication theory, ethics in authorship, publishing frameworks, and global literary perspectives.
One specialized Creative Writing module focusing on advanced narrative techniques, fiction and non-fiction writing, poetry, dramaturgy, script development, storytelling structures, voice development, and experimental literary forms.
The program culminates in a substantial research thesis supported by structured research activities, enabling participants to produce an original body of work accompanied by critical reflection and scholarly contribution. Emphasis is placed on innovation, stylistic development, genre exploration, and the integration of theory with creative practice.
