This Master study program is an advanced, 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates seeking interdisciplinary expertise across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program emphasizes analytical depth, innovation capacity, and applied research excellence.

The Master in Combined STEM integrates multiple scientific and technological disciplines into a coherent research framework, enabling learners to address complex real-world challenges through data-driven methodologies, systems thinking, and interdisciplinary innovation. The curriculum is structured around five modules, including:

  • Two research-focused modules that develop advanced quantitative and qualitative research competencies, data modeling, experimental design, and scientific writing.

  • Two general academic modules that strengthen critical thinking, academic integrity, project management, and strategic innovation skills.

  • One specialized STEM module dedicated to interdisciplinary integration across engineering systems, computational technologies, applied mathematics, and emerging scientific advancements.

The program concludes with a substantial thesis and research activities, allowing participants to contribute original knowledge within integrated STEM fields. With a duration of 12+ months and a flexible study structure, participants benefit from a minimum completion period while retaining the opportunity to extend their research timeline when needed.
