Change Management has become a critical discipline in an era defined by digital transformation, globalization, innovation, and continuous disruption. Organizations across public and private sectors require leaders who can design transformation strategies, manage resistance, foster organizational culture shifts, and ensure sustainable performance improvement. This program equips participants with the theoretical foundations and research competencies necessary to understand, plan, and evaluate change initiatives at strategic and operational levels.
As a 100% research-based program, it is structured around five core modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to advanced research methodology, organizational analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, impact assessment, and academic writing in management and social sciences.
Two general modules strengthening strategic leadership, corporate governance, ethics, innovation management, and global organizational dynamics.
One specialized module in Change Management covering organizational transformation models, stakeholder engagement, behavioral dynamics, change communication, digital transformation strategies, and performance measurement in evolving environments.
The program culminates in a substantial thesis and structured research activities that demonstrate independent inquiry, critical analysis, and the ability to design and evaluate effective change strategies. Participants are expected to produce academically rigorous and practically relevant research addressing real organizational challenges.
With a minimum duration of 12 months and flexible extension options, the program is designed to accommodate both full-time learners and experienced professionals balancing executive responsibilities. It is particularly suitable for managers, consultants, HR leaders, transformation officers, entrepreneurs, and policymakers aiming to strengthen their research capacity and strategic competence in leading change.
By combining scientific rigor, strategic insight, and research-driven application, this Master study program prepares professionals to lead transformation initiatives, enhance organizational resilience, and contribute to sustainable and adaptive institutional development in a rapidly changing global environment.
