This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for professionals and graduates who aim to combine advanced business management expertise with high-level Russian language proficiency and strong understanding of Russian-speaking economic environments. Positioned at a study level equal to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program emphasizes strategic leadership, analytical depth, and applied research within Eurasian and international business contexts.
The Master in Business Management and Russian is structured around five integrated modules: two research-focused modules that develop advanced research methodology, data analysis, and academic writing competencies; two general modules that strengthen strategic management, leadership development, and organizational transformation; and one specialized module dedicated to business management within Russian-speaking markets, trade systems, and cross-cultural environments. The program culminates in a thesis and structured research activities, enabling students to demonstrate independent research capability and evidence-based managerial insight.
With a workload equal to 60 ECTS, the program can be completed within a minimum duration of +12 months, while offering flexibility for students who wish to extend their studies according to professional or personal commitments.
