This Master study program is a 100% research-based academic pathway designed for educators, academic leaders, instructional designers, and digital learning strategists who seek to integrate face-to-face and online learning environments through evidence-based innovation. Positioned at a level equivalent to EQF Level 7 and aligned with the Second European Cycle, the program emphasizes research excellence, pedagogical integration, and strategic implementation of blended learning systems.

With a minimum duration of 12 months and flexible study extension options, the program carries an equivalency of 60 ECTS, ensuring structured academic progression and international comparability. The curriculum consists of five modules, including two research-focused modules, two general academic modules, and one specialized module dedicated to Blended Education, followed by thesis and structured research activities.

The research modules develop advanced competencies in quantitative and qualitative educational research, learning analytics, instructional evaluation, hybrid learning models, and academic writing aligned with international publication standards. Participants critically explore global trends in blended and hybrid education, digital transformation strategies, and data-informed instructional improvement.

The specialized module focuses on blended curriculum design, integration of digital platforms with classroom pedagogy, student engagement strategies across modalities, accessibility standards, technology-enhanced learning frameworks, and quality assurance in blended delivery systems. Emphasis is placed on creating cohesive, scalable, and inclusive learning environments that balance technological innovation with pedagogical depth.

The general modules reinforce leadership skills, research ethics, strategic analysis, and scholarly communication competencies, preparing participants to lead educational transformation initiatives in universities, schools, training institutions, and corporate learning environments.
