This Master study program is an advanced, research-driven pathway designed for professionals and academics who aim to strengthen their expertise in teaching, curriculum development, educational leadership, and scholarly practice within higher education and professional training environments. Structured as a 100% research-based program and aligned with a study level equal to EQF Level 7, it corresponds to the Second Cycle of the European Higher Education Area and is equal to 60 ECTS credits.
The Master in Academic Practice is tailored for educators, trainers, academic coordinators, and institutional leaders who seek to critically evaluate and enhance their academic practice through systematic research and reflective inquiry. The academic structure consists of five carefully designed modules:
Two research-focused modules dedicated to research design, academic writing, methodology, and applied inquiry.
