Executive MBA in Artificial Intelligence for International Business

  • 2 min read

This Master study program is designed for professionals who want to understand how artificial intelligence is transforming international business strategy, decision-making, market analysis, operations, and global competitiveness. It combines advanced academic study with applied research, helping learners explore how AI can be used responsibly and effectively in cross-border business environments.

The program is 100% research based, making it especially suitable for learners who prefer academic investigation, critical thinking, and independent study. Rather than focusing mainly on classroom examinations, the program emphasizes research development, analytical reading, academic writing, and thesis work. Students are expected to engage with contemporary business challenges and examine how artificial intelligence can support innovation, productivity, and international growth.

In academic positioning, the program is at a study level equal to ISCED / EQF Level 7. ISCED stands for the International Standard Classification of Education, a global framework used to compare education levels across countries. EQF stands for the European Qualifications Framework, a European reference system that helps explain how learning levels compare across institutions and national systems. Level 7 generally represents advanced study requiring specialized knowledge, critical awareness, and strong problem-solving ability.

This Master study program is also equal to the second European cycle, which commonly refers to advanced higher education study following the first cycle. The overall workload is equal to 60 ECTS, with ECTS referring to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, a widely used framework for measuring academic learning volume in Europe.

The structure of the program includes 5 modules:

  • 2 research-related modules

  • 2 general modules

  • 1 module focused on the study field

  • plus thesis and research activities

This structure allows students to build a strong academic foundation while also specializing in the relationship between artificial intelligence and international business. The general modules support broad managerial and analytical understanding, the research modules strengthen academic investigation skills, and the field-specific module focuses directly on AI applications within international business contexts.

The duration is 12+ months. While there is a minimum study period, students benefit from flexibility and may extend the duration of the study program according to their individual pace and academic planning. This makes the program suitable for working professionals, international learners, and those balancing study with personal or professional responsibilities.

Overall, this Master study program is ideal for learners seeking advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence within the context of international business, with a strong emphasis on research, flexibility, and academically guided independent study.
