This bachelor study program is designed for learners who want to build a strong academic and practical foundation in artificial intelligence within the context of international business. It is especially suitable for professionals, aspiring managers, entrepreneurs, and internationally minded students who want to understand how AI is transforming business strategy, global trade, decision-making, digital operations, and organizational competitiveness. The program combines academic structure with flexible study pathways, allowing participants to develop knowledge in both business and emerging technologies in a modern international environment.

The study level of this program is equal to ISCED / EQF Level 6. ISCED stands for the International Standard Classification of Education, a framework used internationally to compare education levels across countries. EQF stands for the European Qualifications Framework, which helps explain how learning levels correspond across Europe. Level 6 generally reflects bachelor-level study and emphasizes advanced knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to apply theory in professional and academic contexts.

This program is structured to provide a balanced and progressive learning experience. It includes one module on introduction to online education, helping students understand digital learning environments and how to study effectively in flexible formats. It also includes one module on the basics of artificial intelligence, giving learners an introduction to the core concepts, uses, and relevance of AI in today’s business world. In addition, students complete one module on introductory research methods, which supports academic writing, investigation, data understanding, and evidence-based thinking.

To strengthen the business dimension of the program, the curriculum also includes two general modules related to the study field, building broader understanding in areas connected to international business and executive education. Students then continue with three modules focused directly on the study field, allowing them to explore the relationship between artificial intelligence and international business in greater depth. The academic journey is completed with a bachelor project and research activities, giving students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a structured and meaningful final academic work.

The program has a duration of 12+ months. There is a minimum study duration, while students also benefit from flexibility to extend the study period based on their individual schedule and learning pace. This structure makes the program suitable for learners who need to combine study with work, business responsibilities, or other commitments.

The workload of the program is equal to 60 ECTS. ECTS, or the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, is widely used in Europe to measure academic workload and learning achievement. The program is also equal to the first European cycle, which corresponds to bachelor-level higher education studies within the European academic framework.

Overall, this bachelor study program is an academically oriented and career-relevant pathway for those who want to understand how artificial intelligence can be applied in international business environments. It offers a modern combination of digital learning, business knowledge, research awareness, and specialized study in a field that is becoming increasingly important in the global economy.
