The Executive Bachelor in Marketing and Consumer Psychology is a bachelor study program in Executive Education designed for learners who want to understand how people think, decide, buy, trust, and respond to brands, products, services, and digital communication. The program connects core business knowledge with consumer behavior, marketing strategy, psychology, digital transformation, and applied research.

This study program is suitable for working professionals, entrepreneurs, marketing staff, sales professionals, communication specialists, and adult learners who want to strengthen their academic and practical understanding of modern marketing and consumer decision-making.

The program is equal to ISCED / EQF Level 6. ISCED stands for the International Standard Classification of Education, used internationally to compare education levels. EQF stands for the European Qualifications Framework, which helps describe learning levels across Europe. Level 6 is normally linked to bachelor-level study, advanced knowledge, critical understanding, and applied professional skills.

The program carries 60 ECTS, equal to the first European cycle. ECTS, the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, helps measure student workload and learning achievement in a transparent European format.

The Executive Bachelor in Marketing and Consumer Psychology is structured with a balanced mix of academic foundations, digital learning preparation, research training, business knowledge, and specialized modules in marketing and consumer psychology. The program includes:

One module introducing students to online education, helping learners understand digital learning methods, academic expectations, and effective online study habits.

One module covering the basics of artificial intelligence, with a focus on how AI is changing business, marketing, customer analysis, communication, and decision-making.

One module introducing research methods, preparing learners to understand academic inquiry, data collection, analysis, and evidence-based thinking.

Two general modules related to the study field, giving students a broader understanding of business, management, communication, and market environments.

Three specialized modules focusing directly on marketing and consumer psychology, including areas such as consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, buyer motivation, customer experience, market perception, and psychological influences on purchasing decisions.

The program also includes a bachelor project and research activities, allowing students to apply what they have learned to a relevant topic in marketing, consumer behavior, branding, digital business, or customer psychology.

The duration of the program is +12 months. This means there is a minimum study period, while students may have flexibility to extend their study duration depending on their personal, professional, and academic circumstances.

By the end of the program, learners are expected to develop a stronger understanding of how marketing decisions are shaped by human behavior, emotional responses, social influence, digital communication, and consumer needs. The program supports practical thinking, research awareness, and professional development for learners who want to work in or grow within marketing, business development, sales, branding, communication, entrepreneurship, or customer experience roles.

The Executive Bachelor in Marketing and Consumer Psychology is designed for adults who want a modern, flexible, and professionally relevant bachelor study program that connects business education with the psychology of consumers in today’s global and digital market.
