The Master study program is EMBA in People and Organizational Strategy, designed for professionals who aim to lead organizations through effective people management and strategic transformation. The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is a European reference system that connects national qualifications, where Level 7 reflects highly specialized knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex professional contexts.

The program consists of 5 modules, including:

  • 2 research-focused modules to develop academic and analytical expertise

  • 2 general modules covering core management and strategic foundations

  • 1 specialized module focused on People and Organizational Strategy

In addition, the program includes thesis and research activities, enabling participants to investigate a focused topic within organizational strategy or people management and contribute to professional and academic knowledge.

The duration is +12 months, with a minimum study requirement while offering flexibility for participants to extend the program according to their professional and personal commitments.
