This Master study program is designed for professionals who aim to lead organizational transformation in an increasingly digital world. It focuses on how businesses can successfully adapt to technological disruption, implement digital strategies, and manage complex change processes. The program explores key areas such as digital innovation, organizational behavior, leadership in transformation, and the strategic alignment of technology with business goals.
This is a 100% research-based program, enabling participants to critically analyze transformation models, digital ecosystems, and change management frameworks while developing evidence-based strategies. The study level is equivalent to ISCED Level 7 and EQF Level 7. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) is a global framework used to classify education levels across countries, while the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) defines learning outcomes based on knowledge, skills, and competencies. Level 7 represents advanced, specialized knowledge and high-level strategic and leadership capabilities typically associated with master-level education.
The program is structured into five modules: two research-focused modules that strengthen analytical and academic competencies, two general modules that provide core management and leadership knowledge, and one specialized module dedicated to digital transformation and change management. These are complemented by thesis and research activities, allowing participants to apply theoretical frameworks to real-world transformation challenges.
The duration of the program is a minimum of 12 months, with flexibility for participants to extend their study period according to their professional and personal commitments. The program carries 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), aligning it with the second cycle of higher education in Europe.
