The Doctorate in Organisational and Business Psychology is academically positioned at a level equal to EQF Level 8 and aligned with the third cycle of the European Higher Education framework.

These modules equip candidates with the scientific tools required to design and conduct original research in workplace and business psychology.

Two general modules strengthen advanced competencies in psychological theory, ethical leadership, organisational governance, strategic management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. One specialized module focuses specifically on Organisational and Business Psychology, exploring advanced topics such as leadership psychology, organisational culture and climate, decision-making processes, talent management, employee engagement, workplace well-being, change management, innovation psychology, and performance systems.

The program culminates in a comprehensive thesis and structured research activities, where candidates conduct an original investigation addressing a contemporary challenge in organisational or business psychology. Through this research-driven approach, participants demonstrate analytical sophistication, theoretical contribution, and the ability to generate knowledge that enhances organisational effectiveness and strategic leadership.

With a minimum duration of 18 months and flexibility for extension, the program is structured to accommodate experienced professionals who combine academic advancement with executive, consulting, or academic responsibilities.
