Academic Structure

The doctorate study program consists of 7 structured modules, carefully designed to support advanced scholarly and professional development:

  • 4 Research-Focused Modules Covering advanced research methodologies, quantitative and qualitative nutrition research, food systems analysis, academic writing, publication strategies, and research ethics.

  • 2 General Modules Focused on strategic leadership, organizational management, regulatory frameworks, sustainability in food systems, and institutional governance.

  • 1 Specialized Module in Nutrition and Food Service Management Dedicated to clinical and community nutrition systems, large-scale food service operations, quality assurance, food safety standards, cost control strategies, and sustainable nutrition planning.

The program culminates in a doctoral thesis and research activities, enabling participants to produce original, high-level scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of nutrition management and food service systems.

The minimum duration of the program is 18 months, with flexibility allowing participants to extend their study timeline according to research scope and professional commitments.
